Terms & Conditions of EW Movie Gift Cards: 1. The EW Movie Gift Card can only be used at Eng Wah Cinemas Box Office, and must be presented for the purchase or redemption of admission tickets or combo vouchers. This card does not guarantee seating and ticket availability. 2. The EW Movie Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount cards and coupons or vouchers. 3. The e-vouchers stored on the EW Movie Gift Card have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused or expired e-vouchers on the EW Movie Gift Card cannot be refunded for cash. 4. Eng Wah Organization Ltd strictly does not entertain acceptance and revalidation of expired e-vouchers on the EW Movie Gift Card. 5. The EW Movie Gift Card is not replaceable if lost. No refunds will be given for any lost EW Movie Gift Cards. 6. Any lost, stolen or damaged EW Movie Gift Card is to be reported to Eng Wah Organization Ltd in writing, with S$10 payment as replacement fee. Eng Wah Organization Ltd shall not be liable to compensate the cardholder for any unused e-vouchers stored in such lost, stolen or damaged EW Movie Gift Card. 7. The cardholder shall not under any circumstances hold Eng Wah Organization Ltd liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from this EW Movie Gift Card program. 8. The EW Movie Gift Card is the property of Eng Wah Organization Limited, 400 Orchard Road, #16-06 Orchard Towers, Singapore 238875, to whom it must be returned upon request or if found. 9. The use of the EW Movie Gift Card is governed by and constitutes acceptance of the terms & conditions governing EW Movie Gift Card as may be modified from time to time without the prior notice at the sole discretion of Eng Wah Organization Limited.   EW Movie Gift Cards with serial numbers starting with “0”: 1. The pre-loaded e-voucher is only valid for redemption of movie admission ticket with the value of S$7.00 and below. 2. Only one e-voucher is valid for the redemption of one admission ticket at any box office of Eng Wah Cinemas. 3. The e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount cards and coupons or vouchers. 4. No revalidation is allowed for expired e-vouchers. 5. The e-vouchers cannot be used for telephone, Internet or WAP booking. 6. Not more than 20 e-vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time. 7. Eng Wah Organization Limited reserves the rights to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. 8. E-vouchers expires in 12 months from the date of EW Movie Gift Card purchase. EW Movie Gift Cards with serial numbers starting with “5”: 1. The pre-loaded e-voucher is only valid for redemption of movie admission ticket with the value of S$9.50 and below. 2. One e-voucher is valid for the redemption of one admission ticket at any box office of Eng Wah Cinemas. 3. The pre-loaded e-voucher is also valid for redemption of combo with the value of S$9.50 and below. Redemption of combo is valid only at the box office of Eng Wah Cinemas. Redemption of combo is only applicable with the redemption of movie admission tickets in a single transaction. 4. The e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount cards and coupons or vouchers. 5. No revalidation is allowed for expired e-vouchers. 6. The e-vouchers cannot be used for telephone, Internet or WAP booking. 7. Not more than 20 e-vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time. 8.
